Appearance: Crystalline, limpid color with a bright edge that shows us its youth and purity.
Aroma: At first nose you perceive the cooked agave at its maximum expression with secondary citrus aromas, such as yellow lemon with the presence of mint and brine.
Taste: Cooked agave with a medium attack accompanied by sweet citrus fruits and an herbal finish that gives balance. Long aftertaste that invites us to continue tasting its flavor.
Body: Medium body, slightly unctuous, a blanco tequila at its finest
Pairing recommendation
Fresh salad with red fruits, beef carpaccio or any seafood protein, in cocktails it is a perfect accompaniment since its flavor prevails without overpowering the other ingredients.They are perfect to accompany chocolates with medium percentages of cocoa (between 50 and 60%). The cocoa and sugar paste helps balance the natural acidity of these alcohols, reducing their astringency.
