Just thirty barrels were sourced for this release, which was aged first in premium ex-bourbon barrels for over five years, and then finished in barrels that previously held this seasonal stout release. Enjoy the scents of candied lemon peel, apricot, and bright ginger as they gently melt into the taste of walnuts, freshly baked gingerbread cookies, vanilla icing and lingering baking spice.
