The ImpEx Collection Islay Distillery 31 Year Old 1991 is an exceptional single malt scotch whisky that has been distilled and aged for 31 years at the Islay Distillery. This whisky has been matured in an Ex-Bourbon Barrel cask, giving it a distinct flavor profile. The whisky was distilled on December 31st, 1991, and bottled on March 6th, 2023. Only 216 bottles were produced, making this a rare and highly sought-after addition to any whisky collection.
